The joint venture A.I.C. Progetti S.p.A – TSC Global has been entrusted with the feasibility study and the detailed engineering design for the Buchanan-Greenville road including Cestos City Link (237 km)
The objective of the assignment is to undertake comprehensive technical and economic feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed engineering design of the unpaved primary road corridor from Buchanan City in Grand Bassa County to Cestos River Bridge (104km) in River Cess County, Cestos Junction to Cestos City (32km) in River Cess County and Cestos River Bridge to Greenville City (101km) in River Cess and Sinoe Counties respectively that will provide detailed information on future investment leading to upgrading the of the corridors from unpaved road to an asphalt paved road.
